Visit Southern Crete and discover the amazing natural landscapes of Kavoussi canyon and Richtra waterfall. We'll also enjoy a swim in the crystal clear, turquoise waters of Skouros.

Kavoussi, Skouros and Richtra Jeep Safari

At 8 am we will pick you up from your hotel in Malia. You'll hop on the jeep and we'll be off to the southern region of Crete.

Our first destination is the village of Viannos, showcasing traditional Greek architecture from the 20th century and remnants of various civilizations that have settled on the island, from the Phoenicians to the Romans. We will also visit the Viannos Museum and take a brief stop at a cafe.

Next, we will head to Kavoussi canyon, reaching the top of this 850-meter-tall gorge for a view of the island. We might see some vultures in the area. Then, we will continue exploring the natural landscapes of Southern Crete until we reach Richtra waterfall, formed by the meeting of two canyons. Our subsequent stop will be Skouros beach, where we will have 45 minutes to swim.

After swimming, we'll visit a local restaurant for a meal that includes a main dish, a salad, and dessert. Afterward, we will return to Malia.

We will drop you off at your hotel around 4 pm, concluding the safari tour.
