At the indicated time, we'll meet at the Sítio Cultural Museu da Estância, a rural farm in Mampituba dedicated to gaucho culture.

Once we arrive at the estancia, we'll enjoy a delicious dinner consisting of a typical costelão, which takes 12 hours to prepare. The food will be ready by the time we get to the farm.

After dinner, we'll listen to folk tales from the Mampituba tradition and enjoy live traditional gaucho music. The museum staff will play various regional instruments, allowing us to participate in a unique performance.

Those interested may also independently visit the Cultural Site Museum of Estância, which features numerous antique items related to the customs and traditions of the local community.

Finally, the evening will last between 3 to 4 hours, concluding this activity.
