At the indicated time, we'll meet at the Sítio Cultural Museu da Estância, a rural farm in Mampituba dedicated to gaucho culture.

Once we arrive at the estancia, we'll enjoy a delicious dinner consisting of a typical costelão—a dish which can take 12 hours to prepare, but will be ready upon our arrival.

After dinner, we'll listen to some folk tales from the Mampituba tradition before experiencing live traditional gaucho music. The museum staff will perform with various regional instruments, allowing for a unique dance experience.

Visitors may also choose to independently explore the Cultural Site Museum of Estância, which houses antique items related to the customs and traditions of the local community.

Finally, the evening will last between 3 to 4 hours, concluding this activity.
