The Amazon is much more than the longest and largest river in the world. With this tour, you will discover the jungle nature and tropical fauna that surround the water.

Itinerary

After collecting you from your hotel in Manaus, we head to the city’s port on the Black River.

At the river wharf, we will board a high-speed boat and head to the Januari lake. During the ride, you will experience the jungle environment that lies on the banks of the lake, observing wildlife such as jaguars, marmoset monkeys, and harpy eagles. This area of Brazil is known for its immense variety of animal species, making it a rich ecosystem.

The tour continues with a canoe ride along the rivers and tributaries of the Amazonas. On board the traditional vessel, you will encounter the pink Amazon river dolphins and the Victoria Amazonica, the largest water lily on the planet.

During the canoe ride, you will have the opportunity to try some piranha fishing. After fishing, we stop at a nearby village for a traditional Amazon lunch. The menu includes fish, fresh local fruit, and mineral water.

After eating, we head back to Manaus.
