On this day trip to the Meeting of the Waters, we will visit the point where the Negro and Solimões rivers converge and an indigenous village for cultural exchange in the Amazon.
Activity Details
At the scheduled time, pickup will occur at your hotel in Manaus and proceed to the port to board a boat to the Meeting of the Waters.
During the boat ride, we will observe the distinctive meeting of the Negro and Solimões waters and then visit a floating market to learn about local lifestyles.
The tour continues at a fish farm, where we will see one of the largest freshwater fish, the pirarucu, followed by a traditional lunch in a floating restaurant in the Amazon.
After lunch, we will swim with the pink dolphins of the Amazon, offering a memorable experience. Next, we will visit an indigenous village to learn about their customs through a cultural exchange.
Additionally, there is an option to join an indigenous body painting workshop to gain further insights into community traditions.
We will return to your hotel approximately 7 hours after pickup.
