On this 4-day tour of Tumbes and Máncora, we will visit several key locations in Peru, including the mangroves of Puerto Pizarro and the beach of Los Órganos.
Máncora & Tumbes 4-Day Tour
Day 1: Máncora
Upon arrival in Máncora, you will be picked up at the bus station and taken to your selected beach hotel. The remainder of the day is free for you to enjoy the beach and hotel facilities.
Day 2: Máncora - Tumbes Mangroves - Máncora
After breakfast, we will depart Máncora heading north, passing Punta Sal and Zorritos beaches, eventually reaching the city of Tumbes for a boat ride through the mangroves of Puerto Pizarro. We will explore locations such as Isla de los Pájaros and Isla del Amor. After visiting a crocodile farm, you will have 2 hours of free time for lunch before returning to your hotel in Máncora.
Day 3: Coastal Walk & Swimming with Turtles in Máncora
After breakfast, we'll pick you up for a boat ride along Máncora's coast, where you can see the beaches of Los Órganos and Vichaito, as well as local sea lions. Following the boat ride, spend 40 minutes swimming with green sea turtles. You will then have free time at Los Órganos beach for swimming and having a meal.
You will be taken back to your hotel in Máncora for the remainder of the day at your leisure.
Day 4: Máncora
After breakfast, enjoy the morning relaxing by the hotel pool or shopping in Máncora. We conclude the tour with a drop-off at the bus station at 3:30 pm.
