Whale Watching in Mancora

We'll pick you up at your hotel in Mancora at 6:30 am to go to the pier, where we'll board a boat that will take us out to sea. During this activity, we will look for the common cetaceans of the northern coast of Peru.

As we sail, we'll be on the lookout for bottlenose dolphins or humpback whales, one of the largest species in the world, reaching up to 52.5 ft (16 meters) in length. These cetaceans come to the Peruvian coast during summer months for reproduction and can be seen alone or in groups. We may be fortunate to see a mother whale with her calves.

You will enjoy watching the dolphins and whales jumping out of the water. Other marine species such as sea lions and turtles might also be spotted.

After this 3-hour whale-watching experience, we will return to the port and take you back to your hotel in Mancora.
