Northern Philippines 5-day Tour

Day 1: Manila - Banaue

The tour begins with a pickup at your hotel in Manila. Our first stop will be Dos Castillas Street, visiting the Dimasalang Flower Market. Then, we will travel through the Philippine countryside, observing rice plantations and towns like Nueva Ecija and Nueva Vizcaya. We will cross the Dalton Pass for views of Sierra Madre and Caraballo Mountains before arriving in Banaue late afternoon for dinner and rest.

Day 2: Banaue

After breakfast, we will board a yipni for a tour of Banaue, including visits to Ifugao architecture and the UNESCO-listed rice fields. We will view the terraces from the Barangay viewpoint and learn about their construction. The day includes a walk on the terraces and a visit to a local village, concluding at an artisan market.

Day 3: Banaue - Sagada

Following breakfast, we will explore Mount Polis and stop at Bayyo for views of rice terraces. The Bontoc Museum will showcase artifacts of the Igorot tribe. We will proceed to Sagada, famous for hanging coffins, and visit the Lumiang Cave. The day ends with a typical Igorot dinner and, if weather permits, a bonfire with craft beer.

Day 4: Sagada - Baguio

After breakfast, we will take the Halsema Highway to Benguet, passing rice fields and cable car cabins. Our journey includes a panoramic tour of Baguio, visiting parks, gardens, and the Baguio Public Market, known for local products.

Day 5: Baguio - Manila

We will depart Baguio via Kennon Highway and stop at the Pangasinan market and Bacolor, showcasing the town's recovery from the 1991 Mount Pinatubo eruption. We will arrive in Manila early afternoon for drop-off at your hotel.
