Tour Details
We'll meet in the heart of Manilva, in the CIVIMA building, at the indicated time. Our learning begins with the local wine and vineyard traditions in the museum, exploring the area's history and the significance of the Moscatel de Alejandría vineyards.
Next, we’ll visit the Bodega Nilva within the CIVIMA building. This winery produces various types of award-winning wines, showcasing the commitment to preserving local wine traditions. We will learn about the process from harvesting to bottling.
Our tour concludes at Viña del Peñoncillo, offering panoramic views over the Mediterranean. We will discuss the "Save the Manilva Vineyards" project and its relevance. During this final stop, participants can taste 3 exquisite Nilva wines, accompanied by a selection of cheeses, cold meats, crisps, and nuts.
After a total of 2 hours, we'll conclude our wine tour in Manilva.
