We'll pick you up at 8 am at your hotel in Manizales to start this avocado tour, one of Colombia's main export products.

We'll visit an agro-ecological farm to learn about this popular fruit and its cultivation. During the visit, we'll reveal what the farm does to be recognized with the certificate of Good Environmental Practices.

We'll take a tour of the Hass avocado plantations, originally from California. We'll also get to know different types of avocado grown in Colombia, such as Papelillo, Santana, Semil, or Choquette, which you will have the opportunity to taste.

After the visit, we will conduct a guacamole workshop to learn how to make this sauce in the traditional way. Afterwards, we will taste the guacamole we have prepared.

When the workshop ends, we will take you back to Manizales, leaving you at your hotel at 3 pm.
