Colima & Comala Excursion

At the designated time, pick-up will be at your hotel in Manzanillo to begin the journey to Colima. Upon arrival, a guided tour of Colima will highlight the Government Palace and the Cathedral. After the tour, free time will be provided for exploring the Zócalo, the city's central square.

The next stop is the old Hacienda Nogueras, established in the early 18th century, which once was a prominent sugar company and now accommodates the University Museum featuring artist Alejandro Rangel's work.

Participants will then head to Comala for lunch on their own. Several establishments in the downtown area offer typical Mexican cantinas with mariachi music.

Following lunch, there will be a walk through the historic old town of Comala, where discussions will cover the city's rich traditions, including its renowned coffee and punch, with picturesque views of the surrounding volcanoes.

After this 8-hour excursion, participants will be returned to their hotel in Manzanillo.
