Mangoes, coconuts, papayas, bananas... On this excursion from Manzanillo, we'll travel to Melaque and Barra de Navidad to visit different farms and learn about Mexican tropical fruits. Welcome to Jalisco!

Tropical Fruit Tour

After picking you up at your hotel in Manzanillo, we will travel toward Melaque and Barra de Navidad.

During the tour, we will visit various Mexican tropical fruit plantations near these coastal towns in Jalisco. Farms for banana, mango, coconut, papaya, and lime will be explored. Participants will learn about the harvesting process, suitable climates, and planting methods.

In addition, participants can purchase and taste some of these tropical fruits. Afterward, we will visit Melaque Beach, known for its sheltered west end. Take a dip if you wish.

We will also pass through Barra de Navidad, a fishing village with traditional boats used by locals for scalloping and fishing. Participants will have free time for lunch at a local restaurant, where seafood is recommended.

After six hours, we will return to your hotel in Manzanillo.
