Mangoes, coconuts, papayas, bananas... On this excursion from Manzanillo, we'll travel to Melaque and Barra de Navidad to visit different farms and learn all about Mexican tropical fruits. Welcome to Jalisco!

Tropical Fruit Tour

After picking you up at the indicated time at your hotel in Manzanillo, we'll head towards Melaque and Barra de Navidad.

During the tour, we'll visit various Mexican tropical fruit plantations in the surroundings of these coastal towns in Jalisco. Farms for banana, mango, coconut, papaya, and lime will be explored. The tour will cover the harvesting processes, suitable climates, and planting methods of these tropical fruits.

In the vicinity of the farms, there will be an opportunity to purchase and taste some tropical fruits. Following this, we'll proceed to Melaque Beach, ideal for a swim, particularly at its west end, which is protected from large waves.

We'll also briefly visit Barra de Navidad, a fishing village with traditional boats used for fishing scallops and other seafood. You will have free time for lunch at a local restaurant known for its seafood.

After six hours, we will return to your hotel in Manzanillo.
