If you're visiting Menorca and you're looking for a fun activity, we've got it covered! Join us as we sail around the Port of Mahón, the island's capital, aboard a boat with an underwater viewing area.
Port of Mahón Boat Trip
Having met up at the Levante dock, we'll set sail around the Port of Mahón. We'll set off eastbound aboard the Don Joan, a catamaran with an underwater viewing area.
Our boat trip will run along the mouth of Mahón's harbour. From the deck, you'll be able to make out the small islets that are dotted across this picturesque part of Menorca's capital. Isla del Rey, Isla Plana, and Isla del Lazareto are among the islets you'll spot.
Next to the Isla del Lazareto, you'll see the Fortress of La Mola, known officially as the Fortress of Isabel II, one of Menorca's significant historical military strongholds.
With favorable weather, you'll have access to the boat's four underwater viewing rooms. These feature a total of 24 panoramic windows, the largest in Menorca, allowing you to observe the marine wildlife in this area.
We'll conclude our boat trip by returning to the dock where we first set sail. See you next time!
