South Africa's Kruger National Park is one of the largest animal reserves in the world. Discover its wide range of wildlife on this unforgettable safari from Maputo.
Safari Details
We'll meet at 5:00 am at 417 Kwame Nkrumah Avenue in Maputo and head north. An hour later we'll reach the Ressano Garcia pass: the border between Mozambique and South Africa.
After passing through passport control, we'll proceed to Crocodile Bridge Gate: the southern entrance to Kruger National Park. This nature reserve is one of the largest on the African continent, housing a vast array of animal species.
During the safari in Kruger Park, we will travel in a safari jeep and look for Africa's "Big Five": lions, leopards, rhinoceroses, buffaloes, and elephants in their natural habitat.
After exploring various sections of Kruger Park, we will stop at one of the camping areas for a picnic lunch. Post-lunch, we will continue to search for giraffes, zebras and other species that inhabit more remote areas of the reserve.
The safari will conclude at 5:30 pm as we return to Crocodile Bridge Gate. An hour and a half later, we will drop you back at Kwame Nkrumah Avenue in Maputo.
