Mozambique Tour: Complete 12 Days

Day 1: Maputo

The tour begins with a crafts workshop at 10:30 am on Kwame Nkrumah Avenue in Maputo. A four-hour workshop on batik painting and arame will be conducted. Free time follows until the afternoon when participants gather for a welcome dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight accommodation will be at a hotel in Maputo for two nights.

Day 2: Maputo – Maputo Special Reserve – Maputo

After breakfast, participants will visit the Maputo Special Reserve for a safari, observing wildlife such as impalas, zebras, giraffes, and elephants. A picnic lunch will be provided at the lake before returning to the hotel in Maputo.

Day 3: Maputo – Kruger National Park

The journey continues to Kruger National Park. Safari drives will be conducted to increase chances of spotting the Big 5. An open-roof truck will enhance the experience.

Day 4: Kruger National Park

The day starts with breakfast, followed by visits to areas in the reserve not yet explored. Participants will enjoy game drives throughout the day and return to the lodge for the night.

Day 5: Kruger National Park – Bilene Beach

A final morning in Kruger will allow for wildlife spotting. After lunch, the tour moves to Bilene Beach, with free time to relax at the lagoon hotel for the night.

Day 6: Bilene Beach – Tofo Beach

The group departs for Tofo Beach, allowing free time to swim and enjoy the beach. Overnight accommodation will be at a coastal hotel.

Day 7: Tofo Beach

Participants will have another free day to explore Tofo Beach or relax at the hotel.

Day 8: Tofo Beach – Vilanculos

A breakfast at the hotel is followed by a trip to Vilanculos. After lunch, free time is available to enjoy the beaches.

Day 9: Vilanculos

The day includes breakfast and leisure time in Vilanculos. Accommodation remains at the same hotel.

Day 10: Vilanculos – Bazaruto Island – Vilanculos

Participants will start the day with breakfast before sailing to Bazaruto Island for snorkeling. A light lunch will be served aboard the boat.

Day 11: Vilanculos – Macaneta Beach

After breakfast, the tour heads to Macaneta Beach, where participants can explore freely upon arrival at their hotel.

Day 12: Macaneta Beach - Maputo

Breakfast at the hotel will precede exploration and return to Maputo.
