We'll begin the guided tour of Mar del Plata by meeting at 9:00 am in the Rambla, in front of the central Plaza del Milenio. There we'll see the facade of the Central Casino, one of the iconic buildings in the city.

The tour will continue onto the Boulevard Marítimo, located next to the bay on which the city was founded. We'll tell you all about its history as we pass by the fishermen's wharf and the Popular and Bristol beaches. There we'll see the famous sculptures of the sea lions of Mar del Plata, which have become iconic.

Following the route along the promenade, we'll arrive at the Torreón del Monje, a medieval-looking fort from which we'll enjoy excellent views of the beaches of Mar del Plata. Then we'll go to Colón hill. In this distinguished neighbourhood, we'll admire the architecture of striking buildings such as the Ortiz Basualdo villa, currently home to the Juan Carlos Castagnino Municipal Art Museum.

On Colón hill we'll also see other monuments of unique architecture, such as the Villa Normandy and the church of Stella Maris. Next to this church is the Torre Tanque, located at the highest point of Mar del Plata. The views from the top of this watchtower will leave you speechless!

At 12 pm, we'll finish the tour at the Güemes Shopping Centre, one of the most popular shopping and restaurant spaces in Mar del Plata.
