If you're visiting Andalucia, an essential sight is its capital: Seville. On this day trip, you'll discover one of Spain's most beautiful cities!
Seville Day Trip
In the morning, we will depart from 1 Avenida Ramón y Cajal in Marbella and head to Sevilla. Our first activity will be a guided tour of the historic centre. We will explore Paseo de Colón, la Plaza de América, la Avenida de las Palmeras, María Luisa Park, and the Guadalquivir River, which divides the city into Sevilla and the Triana neighbourhood.
Next, we'll visit the renowned Plaza de España, where you can take photos of the decorative tiled benches that characterize the square.
Afterward, we will proceed to the Walled Gardens (Jardines de Murillo) and the Santa Cruz neighbourhood, known for its history as the old Jewish neighbourhood and once home to a significant Jewish community during the reign of Fernando III.
Our tour continues to the Seville Cathedral, the third largest in the world, built in the 15th century on the foundations of a late 12th-century mosque.
After the cathedral tour, you'll have free time to eat and further explore Seville. We will reconvene at the Torre del Oro (Golden Tower) along the Guadalquivir River, concluding a memorable day.
