Southwest Turkey Villages Excursion

On this excursion from Marmaris, we will visit villages in southwestern Turkey such as Bayir, Turgut, and Orhaniye to explore their traditions.

At the scheduled time, we will pick you up from your hotel in Marmaris and head south to discover the region's villages.

Our first stop will be Bayir, the site of the ancient city of Smyrna and its mosque, where it is believed a temple dedicated to Asklepios, the god of medicine, once stood.

After visiting the acropolis, we will proceed to Turgut, where you will learn about the religion and customs of this Turkish region while exploring its mosque. Following this visit, we will enjoy a typical lunch at a local family home.

The last stop will be Orhaniye Bay, a popular destination on the Gulf of Hisaronu, known for its clear blue waters.

After 7 hours of sightseeing, we will return you to your hotel in Marmaris.
