On this excursion from Marmaris, we'll visit some of the most beautiful villages in southwestern Turkey such as Bayir, Turgut and Orhaniye and discover their traditions.

Southwest Turkey Villages Excursion

At the scheduled time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Marmaris and head south to explore the region's beautiful villages.

Our first stop will be Bayir, home to the ancient city of Smyrna and its mosque. This site is believed to have once housed a temple dedicated to Asklepios, the god of medicine.

After visiting the acropolis, we will proceed to Turgut, where you will learn about the religion and customs of this Turkish region while exploring its mosque. Following this, we will visit a local family home and enjoy a typical lunch.

The final stop will be Orhaniye Bay, known for its clear blue waters and popularity in the Gulf of Hisaronu.

After 7 hours of sightseeing, we will return you to your hotel in Marmaris.
