Private Trip Details

Day 1: Marrakesh - Aït Benhaddou - Ouarzazate

Depart from Marrakech in the morning, navigating through the Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n'Tichka mountain pass, 2,260 metres high. Visit Aït Benhaddou Kasbah, a historical fortified city. Overnight in Ouarzazate.

Day 2: Ouarzazate – Agdz – Draa Valley – Tazarine – El Mharech Oasis

After breakfast and a visit to Taourirt Kasbah, travel to Zagora via the Tizi n-Tinifift mountain pass, 1,600 meters high. Explore Draa Valley and visit villages like N’kob. Spend the night in a riad in the desert.

Day 3: Mharech - Ramlia Oasis - Ouzina Dunes - Merzouga

Pursue the Dakar Rally tracks, visit Khamlia village for folklore music, and then journey to Erg Chebbi. Camel ride to a camp in the dunes for an authentic Amazigh experience.

Day 4: Merzouga – Rissani – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley

After a sunrise in the dunes, ride back to the jeep. Visit Rissani and travel to Todgha Gorges and Dades Valley for the overnight stay in a camp.

Day 5: Dades Valley – Valley of the Roses – Skoura – Marrakech

Depart Dades Valley via the Route of the Thousand Kasbahs, passing through the Valley of the Roses to reach Skoura, then return to Marrakech.

All accommodation is in double rooms; triple and family rooms may be available. Standard haimas accommodate up to 4 people while luxury haimas can accommodate up to 5. Shared bathrooms may occur during peak seasons, and air conditioning incurs an additional cost of 30EUR per person.
