Itria Valley Wine Tasting

We'll meet at the indicated time in Strada Noci, Martina Franca, to participate in an Apulian wine tasting in the Itria Valley.

Known as the "Valley of the Trulli," this area is famous for the production of excellent wines. Once gathered, we'll enter a historic winery to visit its vineyards and facilities, learning about the process of growing grapes and the stages of winemaking and bottling. We'll also discover the history of the winery and the winemaking tradition of Apulia.

The tasting includes four types of wine, each paired with a typical appetizer to enhance the appreciation of their characteristics. This will culminate after two hours of exploring the flavors of the Itria Valley.
