We'll meet on Carrer Cooperativa at 11 am to start an interesting guided tour of Mataró. Are you ready to discover the main attractions of this coastal town?

While we walk through the streets of Mataró, we'll discuss its importance in Roman times, historically known as Iluro.

During the walking tour, we'll visit emblematic places such as the Capella de Sant Sebastià and the neoclassical Peixateria building, originally housing the fish market.

Continuing our exploration, we'll reach the modern city wall, declared a Cultural Asset of National Interest, with ongoing archaeological interventions.

We'll then explore the 19th century when Mataró became an industrial city full of factories, including the house of architect and politician Josep Puig i Cadafalch, a notable resident.
