At the appointed time, we'll meet at the meeting point and set off on this sightseeing tour of Matera, passing by the main attractions of this city in the Basilicata region.

Throughout the tour, you'll have an audio guide in Italian and English with commentary about the history of Matera and information about the monuments.

We'll pass by iconic places such as the Tramontano Castle, the Palazzo Lanfranchi, which houses the National Museum of Medieval and Modern Art of Basilicata, and the Municipal Villa.

Our tour will also go to Barisano, one of the famous Sassi of Matera. From the vehicle, we'll see buildings carved into the rock, including the church of the Madonna delle Virtú and the church of San Pietro Caveoso.

Finally, we'll see the Alvino 1884 complex, serving as a hotel and event hall, and the sculpture park La Palomba, an initiative by artist Antonio Paradiso.

We'll conclude our tour with a return to the starting point after the two-hour visit.
