Activity Overview

Are you ready to unleash your adventurous spirit and embrace the waves? We will convene at Matosinhos Beach, an ideal location for surfing enthusiasts. Upon arrival, our professional team will greet you and equip you with the most suitable gear tailored to your skills and physique, including a surfboard and a premium wetsuit.

Prior to hitting the water, we will provide an engaging briefing right on the beach. This foundational session is crucial for maximizing your surfing experience. Here, you will acquire insights on the pop-up technique, learn about proper body positioning to maintain balance, and familiarize yourself with essential safety and etiquette rules for the ocean. This part is vital to helping you gain the confidence needed to surf effectively!

Then, the moment you have been waiting for arrives! We will venture into the waves for an exhilarating hour of hands-on practice. You will receive ongoing assistance from your instructor, ensuring you learn how to paddle efficiently, catch your initial waves, and enhance your stability in a fun and safe environment. The lesson is both dynamic and personalized to fit your unique pace.

After an exciting session of surfing, we will return to our facilities, where you’ll have the opportunity to change and share the highlights of your experience before concluding the day.

Available Options

When making your reservation, you can select from the following two options:

Self-Arranged Tour: With this choice, we will meet you at Matosinhos (Av. Gen. Norton de Matos 369). The overall duration of this activity will be 1 hour and 30 minutes.Pickup Tour from Porto: If you wish to have a hassle-free experience, opt for this option which includes round-trip transportation. We will gather at Campo 24 de Agosto in the heart of Porto and make our way to the beach. This option encompasses both transfers and the surfing lesson, totaling roughly 3 hours.

Class Timing

We offer two sessions each day, one at 11:30 am and another at 3 pm. Kindly note that for those using pickup in Porto, collection will occur 30 minutes prior to the lesson.
