We will pick you up from your hotel in Boca del Rio at 8 am before taking the road to Santiago Tuxtla. This town is famous for being home to the largest Olmec head in the south of the country. We will stroll through Benito Juarez Central Park until we arrive at the stone monument where the guide will explain its history.

Afterward, we will drive to the Eyipantla waterfall. We will take a hike through the jungle vegetation before reaching the foot of this spectacular 160-ft high waterfall.

Following the waterfall visit, we will head to Catemaco for a boat ride on the Laguna Encantada (Enchanting Lake). We will sail among the mangroves and discover small islands, with opportunities to see spider monkeys, macaques, and native birds.

After the boat ride, you will have approximately 1.5 hours of free time to eat at local restaurants (not included).

Feeling reenergized, we will return to Boca del Río, dropping you at your hotel at 8:30 pm.
