Embark on a tour of Medellín's cultural gems, where we'll delve into the city's must-see sights. This tour provides an overview of the history, art, and daily life of Medellín, unveiling the essence of the city.
Tour Highlights
At 9:30 am, we'll meet at Parque del Poblado and set off to explore Medellín. First, we'll visit Parque de los Pies Descalzos (Barefoot Park), a place for a sensory experience with nature.
Next, we'll enjoy a sightseeing bus tour to the city's administrative center, incluyendo Parque de las Luces and the historic Antioquia railroad station. We'll see one of Latin America's largest vertical gardens and Fernando Botero's masterpieces at the Sculpture Park.
To experience the culinary culture of Paisa, we'll have a traditional Antioquian lunch at a restaurant in Medellín.
The adventure continues with a ride on the Medellín Metro Line B and the cable car from San Javier station, featuring views from above. We'll explore Comuna 13 through a graffiti tour, showcasing street art where streets serve as canvases. This includes dance shows, mural explanations, trova performances, and two city viewpoints.
At the end of the day, we'll return to Pueblito Paisa to learn about Antioquia's traditions, history, and enjoy a 360-degree panoramic view of the city.
After a total of seven to eight hours, our tour will conclude back at the meeting point.
