Your experience begins with a pick-up from your hotel in Boca del Rio between 7 am and 7:20 am, followed by a minibus ride to the town of Jalcomulco.

After a drive of about an hour and a half, you will arrive at this natural wilderness setting. Upon stepping out, you’ll be engulfed by lush forests and the thrilling sounds of the white water rapids from the Pescados River.

The first action will be to meet your instructor and equip yourself with the necessary safety gear for the rafting experience. Once you are fitted with your helmet and life jacket, you'll be ready to hit the water!

The Pescados River is recognized as one of Mexico's premier rafting destinations. As you navigate the river, expect to dodge rocks and tackle thrilling waterfalls and rapids such as Bruja Blanca and La Cueva. The two and a half hours on the water will be filled with excitement.

At the conclusion of the tour, you'll board the minibus again and return to your hotel in Boca del Río, arriving between 1:00 and 1:20 pm.

Level of difficulty

The rapids present a difficulty level of grade III to IV, indicating the intensity of the currents that create the characteristic "white water" foam. Are you prepared to take on this challenge?
