The tour commences at the central pickup point located at the corner of Market and Flinders Streets by the Immigration Museum. Participants will explore Melbourne's??, gardens, architecture, and laneways. The tour begins along Collins Street's "Paris End," featuring high-end boutiques and notable buildings such as St. Michael’s and Scots’ Church.

Next, the tour visits Hosier Lane, known for its street art, and continues to landmarks like Flinders Street Station, St Paul’s Cathedral, and Federation Square. The tour then proceeds through the Arts Precinct, reaching the Shrine of Remembrance for views of the city skyline. The Sports Precinct is also included, showcasing Melbourne Park, Rod Laver Arena, and a brief stop at the MCG (Melbourne Cricket Ground) Forecourt.

Historic sites such as the Old Treasury Building, Parliament House, and St Patrick’s Cathedral are featured, followed by Fitzroy Gardens where Cook’s Cottage and the Conservatory are located. The tour notes the Little Lon Distilling Co. before concluding in Melbourne’s historic quarter with a visit to the Old Melbourne Gaol. A drive past Lygon Street, the Royal Exhibition Building, and Queen Victoria Market is also integrated.
