On the day of the tour, meet at the central pickup spot on the corner of Market and Flinders Streets by the Immigration Museum. You will head into Melbourne's vibrant city center, exploring the culture, gardens, architecture, and famous laneways.
The tour begins along Collins Street's "Paris End," highlighting high-end boutiques and historic buildings like St. Michael’s and Scots’ Church. Then, stop at Hosier Lane to see street art, followed by landmarks such as Flinders Street Station, St Paul’s Cathedral, and Federation Square.
Travel through the Arts Precinct to the Shrine of Remembrance, a memorial with city skyline views. See Melbourne Park and the iconic Rod Laver Arena, along with a brief pause at the MCG Forecourt. Visit historic sites like the Old Treasury Building, Parliament House, and St Patrick’s Cathedral. In Fitzroy Gardens, explore Cook’s Cottage and the Conservatory, and pass by the Little Lon Distilling Co.
The tour wraps up in Melbourne’s historic quarter at the Old Melbourne Gaol, known for its 133 hangings, including that of Ned Kelly. Drive past Lygon Street, the Royal Exhibition Building, and Queen Victoria Market. The tour concludes after a total of 3 and a half hours back at the starting point.
