San Juan Private Day Trip

At 8 am, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Mendoza and drive to San Juan, the capital of the province. The tour starts with a visit to the birthplace of Domingo Faustino Sarmiento, a notable 19th-century ruler. We then visit the Juan Victoria Auditorium, home to the Escuela Superior de Música.

Next, we'll stop at the San Juan Museum of Natural Sciences, featuring an exhibition of dinosaur fossils from Ischigualasto Provincial Park, significant for its palaeontological heritage. Following this, we'll visit 25 de Mayo Square and the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist, inaugurated in 1979.

You will have 1 hour of free time for lunch in central San Juan. Afterward, we will explore the outskirts, including Zonda Gorge, where we will see the Eduardo Copello racing circuit and the Garden of Poets, noted for its sculptures of renowned poets.

We will conclude our tour in the Tulum Valley with a visit to Merced del Estero, a well-known winery. We will explore its vineyards before returning to your hotel in Mendoza, arriving at 9 pm.
