San Juan Private Day Trip

At 8 am, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Mendoza and drive to San Juan, the capital of the province.

The tour begins at the birthplace of Domingo Faustino Sarmiento, a notable 19th-century ruler. Next, we'll see the Juan Victoria Auditorium, home to the Escuela Superior de Música.

Afterward, we visit the San Juan Museum of Natural Sciences, featuring dinosaur fossils from the Ischigualasto Provincial Park. Following the museum, we will visit the 25 de Mayo Square and the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist, inaugurated in 1979, marking it as one of the most modern cathedrals in Argentina.

You will have 1 hour of free time for lunch in the center of San Juan. After lunch, we’ll go to the Zonda Gorge, where we can view the Eduardo Copello racing circuit and the Garden of Poets, admiring sculptures of prominent poets.

Our tour concludes with a visit to the Tulum Valley and a stop at the Merced del Estero winery, where we will tour the vineyards. We will return to your hotel in Mendoza by 9 pm.
