We will gather at Letras de Mérida at the specified time to kick off this delicious culinary adventure!

Our first stop will be at Gorditas Doña Gorda, where we can indulge in an authentic Mexican gordita. These are closed tortillas filled with savory options like pork rinds, beans, or any other appealing ingredients! Our journey then leads us to Eulogio Rosado Park, where we’ll savor a traditional poc chuc, a unique dish featuring pork marinated in sour orange – simply delightful!

Next, the tour continues to the bustling San Benito market, where we can sample delightful local fruits such as huaya, nance, and guanábana. Here, we’ll also enjoy traditional tamales wrapped in vegetable leaves, a true representation of Mexican culinary tradition!

Following that, we'll head to Lucas de Galvez market to taste the renowned pork carnitas, expertly seasoned with an array of herbs and spices. Of course, no culinary experience would be complete without trying some tasty tacos al pastor, arguably the most famous tacos in Mexico.
