Activity Details

At the indicated time, we'll meet at Hotel Caribe and head to the Yucatecan cooking class location. We will start an authentic gastronomic immersion in Mérida.

We will make a short stop at Lucas de Gálvez market, known for its fruit, fresh vegetables, spices, meat, and seafood. This will be the ideal place to gather the necessary ingredients for the class.

With all of the ingredients collected, we will board a public bus to visit an authentic meridana's house. The hostess will welcome us and guide us in the kitchen to prepare different traditional dishes.

The cooking class menu will vary by season but will always include three courses of Yucatecan delicacies. After cooking, we will sit down to taste everything we have prepared, along with some local drinks.

After 4 to 5 hours of activity, we will conclude and return you to the starting point.
