Discover the legacy of Frida Kahlo in the historic neighborhood of Coyoacán and go on a traditional trajinera ride in Xochimilco on this tour of Mexico City.

Coyoacán & Xochimilco Tour

Between 8:30 and 9 am, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Mexico City. The panoramic tour will begin in Roma, known for its restaurants, museums, galleries, parks, and shops.

We'll proceed to visit Condesa, featuring wide avenues and notable mansions. Next, we’ll make a stop at Plaza Mexico or Plaza de Toros, the largest bullring in Mexico, seating over 40,000 people, used for bullfighting and concerts.

We will then visit the Coyoacán area, stopping at the Church of San Juan Bautista and the fountain of the Coyotes, followed by a walk through the cobblestone streets. The tour includes a view of the exterior of the Frida Kahlo House-Museum (La Casa Azul), discussing the legacy of this renowned painter.

We will head to the Ciudad Universitaria next, where we will see the Rectorate Tower and the Central Library, featuring a mural by Juan O'Gorman, as well as a mural depicting the Olympic University Stadium by Diego Rivera.

From the university area, we will return to your hotel in Mexico City, expected arrival at 4 pm.

The tour includes pickup from hotels in the historic center, Polanco, and Zona Rosa. If your hotel is outside these areas, please meet at the Hotel Emporio Reforma.
