Lipari & Vulcano Excursion

Description

45 minutes before the indicated time, we'll meet on Via Ammiraglio Luigi Rizzo and head together to the port of Milazzo, where our boat will be waiting for us. All aboard!

Over the course of an hour, we'll sail across the sea and admire the beauty of the Aeolian archipelago. Did you know that these islands have been studied by scientists since the 18th century? Their volcanoes, a couple of them still active, have created a spectacular landscape in the middle of the Tyrrhenian Sea.

We'll sail towards Lipari, the largest of the Aeolian Islands. We'll pass by its famous Faraglioni before docking at the port, and you'll have two and a half hours to discover the island at your own pace. Cozy bays with crystal clear waters and a historic center full of emblematic monuments await. Don't miss a visit to the Norman cathedral and the castle!

After the stop in Lipari, we'll head to Vulcano, admiring views of the Grotta degli Angeli, the Scoglio della Mummia, and the Scoglio di Papa Giovanni along the way. Once on the island, we'll leave you two and a half hours of free time to explore the surroundings. Opportunities include visiting the black sand beaches, vineyards, the Venus Pool, the Grotta del Cavallo, and the Scoglio del Leone. It's up to you!

The excursion will conclude with our arrival back in Milazzo, eight hours after departure.
