Sail the waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea & explore three of the most famous Aeolian Islands with this day trip from Milazzo. Vulcano, Stromboli & Panarea await!
Day Trip Details
45 minutes before the indicated time, we'll meet at Via Cavour, and head to the Ammiraglio Luigi Rizzo where a boat awaits for our day trip.
We'll set sail for the Aeolian Islands archipelago, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Upon docking in Vulcano, you'll have two hours of free time to explore. Options include hiking the Gran Cratere della Fossa or enjoying a mud bath at Porto di Levante.
Next, we sail to Panarea for two and a half hours, allowing time for lunch and leisure. Recommended sites are Cala Zimmari and Cala Junco.
The final stop is in Stromboli, where you'll have two hours to visit Piazza San Vincenzo for views of the Tyrrhenian Sea. At sunset, we return to the boat to witness lava eruptions from Stromboli.
The trip concludes after approximately 11 hours with our return to the Port of Milazzo.
Itinerary Changes
Between July 24 and September 30, 2024, the itinerary changes to: a 3-hour stop in Lipari, then 3 hours in Vulcano. Following that, we will view landscapes from the sea near Panarea and proceed to Stromboli for a volcanic eruption observation from the sea.
Important Info
If Stromboli is in a red zone due to a volcanic activity alert, disembarking will be prohibited. The trip will then entail a longer stop at Panarea followed by a panoramic tour around Stromboli from the sea, highlighting Strombolicchio and Sciara del Fuoco.
