Vulcano, Stromboli & Panaera Excursion
45 minutes prior to the scheduled time, we will meet at Via Cavour and proceed to the Ammiraglio Luigi Rizzo, where a boat will be ready for the excursion.
We will sail to the Aeolian Islands archipelago, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its volcanic landscapes.
Upon arriving in Vulcano, you will have two hours of free time to explore. Options include hiking the Gran Cratere della Fossa or enjoying a mud bath in Porto di Levante.
Next, we will sail to Panarea, where you will have two and a half hours for lunch and leisure activities. Recommended are Cala Zimmari and Cala Junco.
The final stop will be in Stromboli. You will have two hours of free time to visit Piazza San Vincenzo for scenic views of the sea and island.
At sunset, we will return to the boat to witness lava flow from Stromboli, concluding approximately 11 hours later with our return to the Port of Milazzo.
Change of Itinerary
From 24 July to 30 September 2024, the itinerary will include a 3-hour stop in Lipari followed by another 3-hour stop in Vulcano. We will view Baja di Calajunco, Dattilo, Bottaro, and Lisca Bianca before proceeding to Stromboli, where we will observe eruptions from the sea.
