Learn how to make one of the most delicious Peruvian dishes at this traditional ceviche workshop in Lima.
Description
At the indicated time, we will start our ceviche workshop at Saha Terraza Cocktail Bari in Miraflores, a popular restaurant in Lima, known as the best food destination in South America.
After putting on our aprons and preparing the kitchen equipment, we will prepare a traditional Causa Rellena, a cold dish made with potato, chicken, avocado, mayonnaise, and spices.
Next, we will make Peru's national drink: pisco. We will learn about the distillation process using various grapes and taste an intensely flavored aguardiente.
Then, we will prepare the star dish: ceviche. After chopping the ingredients, we will prepare the garnish and citrus dressings for this iconic dish.
After 2.5 hours in the kitchen, we will conclude the workshop by tasting what we have prepared.
