Whale Watching in Mirissa

Pick up from your hotel in Mirissa is at 6 am. Guests will head to the coast to board a boat and begin the adventure of searching for marine life. A breakfast will be served on board while sailing towards a prime dolphin spotting area, offering the chance to see these mammals jump and play. Cameras are encouraged.

The journey continues to another location, known for whale feeding activity. Throughout the experience, participants can observe the whales as they emerge from the sea, displaying their characteristic spouts of water. The tour lasts between four to six hours, based on the appearance of whales and dolphins, before returning to the mainland and taking guests back to their hotel.

Pick Up

This activity includes pick up from hotels within 2 to 3 kilometers of Mirissa. For those staying elsewhere or preferring to reach the meeting point, participants should arrive at 6:45 am at Mihiriwella Road, Mirissa 81740. The boat departs at 7 am.
