Whale Watching in Mirissa

Pick up will be from your hotel in Mirissa at 6 am. We will head to the coast to board a boat for the adventure of searching for marine life. The experience begins with breakfast on board as we sail to a prime dolphin spotting area where you can observe these mammals jumping and playing. Cameras will be essential.

Next, we will move to an area where whales typically feed. Throughout the tour, we will witness these large mammals emerging from the water and releasing their characteristic jets. The tour lasts four to six hours depending on the sighting opportunities.

After the adventure, we will return to the mainland and drop you back at your hotel.

Pick Up

This activity includes pick up from hotels within 2 to 3 kilometers of Mirissa. If you are staying elsewhere or prefer to reach the meeting point on your own, please be at Mihiriwella Road, Mirissa 81740 by 6:45 am. The boat will depart at 7 am.
