Lake Atitlan & San Juan La Laguna Boat Trip

After picking you up from your hotel in Guatemala City, we will travel to the Guatemalan Highlands towards Panajachel, the largest town on Lake Atitlán's shores. The drive takes approximately 3 hours.

Upon arriving in Panajachel, we will embark on a guided tour, visiting key tourist attractions such as Santander Street and its church. We will then proceed to the dock to board a boat for a cruise across Lake Atitlán, renowned for its beauty.

During the boat trip, enjoy unique panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes and the three volcanoes: Tolimán, Atitlán, and San Pedro, while the guide shares information about the area.

We will disembark in San Juan La Laguna, a notable settlement. Here, you can engage in various handicraft workshops, including chocolate, textiles, and medicinal plants. After the workshops and exploring the village, we will return by boat to Panajachel, where you will have the option to enjoy a typical Guatemalan meal and free time to explore at your leisure.

We will then return to hotels in Guatemala City, concluding the tour after approximately 12.5 hours.
