Sololá & Lake Atitlán Tour
We'll pick you up at your hotel in Guatemala City at 7 am and drive to Sololá, one of the most touristic cities in the country.
This municipality is notable for its residents who wear traditional clothing, rich in color and embroidery. We will learn about the significance of this dress.
After a brief city tour, we'll visit the famous Sololá market. Among its craft stalls, we will observe the daily life of the town and explore its narrow streets. We will also enjoy a typical lunch that includes a starter, a main course, and a dessert.
Sololá is adjacent to Lake Atitlán, home to 12 communities of Indigenous Peoples, descendants of the Quiché, Kaqchikel, and Tzutuhil tribes. We'll appreciate this natural wonder while engaging with Guatemalan folklore.
Finally, we will return to Guatemala City and drop you off at your hotel around 3 pm.
