Guatemala Tour Package Itinerary

Day 1: Guatemala City

Upon arrival at La Aurora International Airport, we'll pick you up and take you to your hotel in Guatemala City.

Day 2: Guatemala City

The day begins with a sightseeing tour of Guatemala City, including the National Palace, Cathedral, and Civic Center. Later, we'll visit the archaeological complex of Iximché and the Museum of Iximché, before heading to Chichicastenango for the night.

Day 3: Chichicastenango

We'll visit the open-air market of Chichicastenango and the church of Santo Tomás. In the afternoon, we will travel to Quetzaltenango for overnight.

Day 4: Quetzaltenango

In Quetzaltenango, we'll visit the market of San Francisco El Alto and the church of San Andrés Xecul, then head to Panajachel on Lake Atitlán.

Day 5: Lake Atitlán

We'll begin with a boat ride on Lake Atitlán to Santiago Atitlán, learning about local customs, before proceeding to Antigua Guatemala.

Day 6: Antigua Guatemala

We will explore Antigua, visiting the cathedral of Santiago, Central Park, and the convent of the Capuchinas, before returning to Guatemala City.

Day 7: Quetzal Biotope

Travel to Alta Verapaz to see the Quetzal Biotope and the private reserve of Orquigonia, then overnight in Cobán.

Day 8: Semuc Champey

Visit Semuc Champey and enjoy its natural wonders.

Day 9: Copán

Cross into Honduras to visit the archaeological site of Copán and its associated museum.

Day 10: Quiriguá

Return to Guatemala for a visit to Quiriguá, known for its large Maya stelae, and then travel to Río Dulce for the night.

Day 11: Livingston and Río Dulce

Begin with a boat tour on the Dulce River to Livingston, followed by travel to Flores or Tikal.

Day 12: Ceibal

Travel to Ceibal for a visit to this archaeological complex along the La Pasión River, then return to Flores or Tikal.

Day 13: Yaxhá and Topoxté

Visit the archaeological sites of Yaxhá and Topoxté, and return to Flores or Tikal.

Day 14: Tikal

Explore the ruins of Tikal, including the Great Plaza and various temples, followed by an afternoon flight back to Guatemala City.

Day 15: Guatemala City

We will transfer you to La Aurora International Airport for your departure.
