Day 1: Theory and practice in confined waters

On the first day, we meet at the dive centre in Moalboal. Theoretical knowledge essential for safe scuba diving will be taught, followed by a test to ensure readiness for the next step. After the theory, we will practice in a pool to apply what we have learned through scuba diving in confined waters. You will learn equipment setup, buoyancy control, and underwater equipment removal. If necessary, an extra day can be scheduled for additional practice to ensure comfort for your first scuba dive.

Days 2 & 3: Open water practice

The final part of the course involves testing your diving skills in the ocean. Over these two days, you will undertake four open water dives, applying your knowledge amidst the reefs, tropical fish, and marine life of the Philippines. After successfully completing all tests, you will receive your PADI Open Water Diver certificate.

Important Information

After your last dive, you must wait at least 24 hours before boarding a plane or visiting high-altitude areas.
