Enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner as you cruise along the coast of Mombasa on a traditional boat.

Types of Boat Cruise

You can choose between a daytime boat cruise with lunch included or a nighttime boat cruise with dinner included.

Boat Cruise with Lunch

Pickup from your hotel will be at 12 noon, followed by a trip to the port of Mombasa to board a jahazi, a traditional wooden Arabic boat. The cruise takes you alongside the Tudor neighbourhood, a historic district in Mombasa, while you enjoy a delicious Kenyan lunch. After the cruise, return to the port and then back to your hotel.

Boat Cruise with Dinner

Pickup from your hotel occurs around 5:00 pm for a romantic evening cruise. You will enjoy a welcome cocktail as you sail towards Fort Jesus, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. A traditional dinner will be served during the cruise, accompanied by music from an onboard DJ. Afterward, return to the port and your hotel.

Menu

The onboard meal includes seafood, soup of the day, and a main course (options: half a grilled lobster, grilled prawns, Swahili-style seafood, grilled beef steak) along with a fruit salad. Drinks are not included.

Hotel Pick Up

Hotel pickup is not available from the South Coast, Kilifi, Watamu, and Malindi. An additional supplement may apply for hotels in these areas at the time of booking.
