After meeting at 4 pm at your hotel in Mompox, we'll walk to the river dock of this town in the Colombian department of Bolivar.

Once at the pier, we'll go on a private boat ride on the Mompox arm of the Magdalena River. We'll admire the scenery as the sun sets, illuminating the riverside area with vibrant hues.

While enjoying the sunset and a snack on board, you'll have opportunities to photograph the view. Sunset is one of the best times to listen to the singing of the birds.

During the river crossing, we'll learn about the Mompox branch, known for its diversity of animals and native riparian plants.

We will conclude the boat trip by returning to the departure pier and walking with you back to your hotel in Mompox, arriving at 6:45 pm.
