At the appointed time, we'll meet next to the statue of Enrique Peinador Lines, an emblem of Mondariz. From there, we'll begin our guided tour of this small town of the Rías Baixas famous for its thermal waters.

First, we'll admire the Gran Hotel of the Peinador brothers, a historic site that was one of the most luxurious hotels globally until a fire left it in ruins.

We'll walk near the Gran Hotel and visit the Fonte da Gándara, known for its health properties from the Gándara spring, discovered in 1872, and try its peculiar-tasting water.

We will also visit the ruins of the old Mondariz spa, followed by the new facilities of the Gran Hotel, aimed at reviving the spirit of the Peinador brothers.

Our tour will conclude at the Fonte de Troncoso, the first spring discovered in Mondariz, located in the heart of this spa town.

The guided tour of Mondariz will last approximately one and a half hours.
