Before you start baking, our expert pastry chef Elena will demonstrate the different stages of cake preparation. Assistance will be provided throughout the process.

We'll begin by mixing flour, toasted hazelnuts, sugar, and butter, followed by the baking of the cake. Enjoy the anticipation of tasting your dessert.

While your cake is in the oven, you'll partake in a tasting of the region's typical products on a balcony with a panoramic view. This experience lasts for one and a half hours.

After the workshop, we will conclude the hazelnut cake-making session.
