On this gozzo tour of the Polignano a Mare caves, we'll explore the sea caves in this famous coastal city of Pulia.

Tour Details

We'll meet at the designated time at Molo Regina Margherita in Monopoli. We will board a motorised gozzo to set sail and explore Pulia's coastline.

As we sail from Monopoli towards Polignano a Mare, we will visit Grotta Palazzese, known for its exclusive restaurant, and Lama Monachile, a natural cove featuring a pebbled beach, famous for the Red Bull Cliff Diving events.

Next, we'll head to Ermitaño Island or Isola dell'Ermita, a habitat for the Audouin's gull, followed by the Grotta degli Innamorati (Lovers Cave). We will then pass by the Grotta Ardito, among the coastal treasures. A stop will be made for a refreshing bath in Polignano a Mare's turquoise waters.

While aboard, we will raise a toast with a glass of prosecco, paired with local products such as taralli and focaccia barese.

The tour will conclude with a return to the starting port after a total of 2.5 hours of sailing.
