At the indicated time, we meet at the Info Point Sala dei Pescatori to provide bikes and helmets to start the tour in Monopoli, a notable city in Bari.

The bike tour begins in the historic centre, where we'll explore the main monuments, including the basilica of the Madonna della Madia.

We then leave the old town and ride into the rural countryside of Apulia. We will traverse roads framed by dry stone walls amidst olive and carob tree fields, engaging in the essence of southern Italy.

During the tour, we will see farms, oil mills, and cave churches, such as the church of the Holy Spirit, which features medieval frescoes.

Finally, we return to the starting point in Monopoli to conclude the tour after 3 hours.
