At the indicated time, we will meet at the Info Point Sala dei Pescatori, where bikes and helmets will be provided. The tour of Monopoli, a notable city in the Bari region, begins in the historic centre, featuring main monuments such as the basilica of the Madonna della Madia.

After exploring the old town, we will proceed to the rural countryside of Apulia. The route includes roads bordered by dry stone walls and fields of olive and carob trees, providing a glimpse into the authentic atmosphere of southern Italy.

During the bike tour, we will view farms, oil mills, and cave churches, including the church of the Holy Spirit, known for its Romanesque architecture and medieval frescoes.

The tour concludes with a return to the starting point in Monopoli, where we will return the bikes and end the experience after a duration of 3 hours.
