We'll walk through the historical center of this medieval town, exploring its history, focusing on the conflicts between Siena and Florence and its significance as a refuge for the nobility.
During the tour, we'll admire the exteriors of the 14th-century Fortress of Montalcino, the Palazzo dei Priori, and the Palazzo Pieri. We'll also discuss the town's winemaking tradition, noted for its Brunello di Montalcino variety.
