Welcome to Castello Tricerchi! At your chosen time, we will head to this medieval mansion located just 10 km from Montalcino. Accompanied by a guide, we will walk through the surrounding vineyards and enter the building to enjoy a tasting of Tuscan wines.

Inside, we will discover the origins of this 15th-century building, formerly owned by a powerful family in Siena. While learning about its history, we will visit the barrel room to uncover the secrets of the wine produced here.

We'll discuss the methods and techniques of Montalcino wine production and learn to distinguish grape varieties, such as Sangiovese, a popular grape in Italy.

Next, we will proceed to the tasting room for a sample of 3 different wines, including Brunello di Montalcino. Following the sommelier's guidance, we will explore the nuances of each glass, paired with ciaccino, a typical focaccia from Siena.

After a 1.5-hour visit, we will conclude the activity by saying goodbye outside the winery.
