Welcome to Castello Tricerchi! At a time of your choice, we'll head to this medieval mansion located 10 km from Montalcino. Accompanied by a guide, we'll walk through the vineyards and enter the building for a tasting of the best Tuscan wines.

We will learn about the history of this 15th-century building, previously owned by a prominent Siena family. During our visit, we'll explore the barrel room and understand the wine production secrets.

Discussion will cover the methods and techniques of Montalcino wine production and the identification of grape varieties, including Sangiovese, a key grape in this region.

Next, we'll go to the tasting room to enjoy 3 different wines, including the renowned Brunello di Montalcino. Following the sommelier's guidance, we will explore the nuances of each wine, paired with ciaccino, a traditional focaccia from Siena.

After a 1.5-hour visit, we'll conclude the activity by saying goodbye outside the winery.
