Itinerary

The tour meets early for a bus journey to Liguria, exploring a picturesque landscape: Cinque Terre, a combination of five towns on clifftops surrounded by vineyards. We'll arrive at Manarola, the oldest town in the Cinque Terre. Then, we'll proceed to Riomaggiore by train.

From here, we'll take a boat to Monterosso, where we will spend two hours exploring its streets and beaches. There will be time to eat before taking the train to Vernazza, a fishing village with a natural port. To conclude the day, we'll take a train to La Spezia, where the coach will return us to Montecatini.

Lunch in Monterosso

In Monterosso, you may eat at a local restaurant or select the lunch option when booking. The menu includes seafood salad, pasta with pesto, dessert, and a choice of water or wine. A vegetarian option is available upon request during reservation.

Self-Guided Cinque Terre Tour

If you prefer to explore the Cinque Terre at your own pace, a self-guided excursion is available. You'll travel to Manarola by bus and have the day to explore without included transportation between towns.

The escort will indicate the pickup point in La Spezia for your return to Montecatini.

Important Information

This excursion does not include the famous Via dell’Amore trail, which is closed until 2023. Despite this, you will still enjoy the beauty of the Italian coast!

The boat tour is operational until October and is subject to weather conditions. If unavailable, the itinerary will proceed by bus and train.
