Lucca and Pisa Day Trip Itinerary

After pick-up at the meeting point, we will depart by bus to Pisa, renowned as one of Italy's top destinations. Upon arrival, we will begin a guided tour of the historic center.

Highlights include the Piazza dei Miracoli and notable monuments such as St. John's Baptistry, the cemetery, the Cathedral, and the leaning tower. You will have the opportunity for photos and free time to explore Pisa's streets or climb the tower.

Next, we will board the bus to Lucca, known for its medieval wall and well-preserved historic center. This town was an independent republic for 50 years. We will take a guided tour of Amphitheatre Square, Giunigi Tower, and the San Martino Cathedral.

Before returning to Montecatini, we will sample the local specialty, Buccellato, a sweet treat made from almond-filled dough.
