Upon arrival, our exploration begins at the Archaeological Museum of Chianciano Terme, where we delve into the roots of the Etruscan civilization. What were their core beliefs? How significant were women in their society? Our knowledgeable guide will provide insights into these intriguing subjects!
Your visit will include an impressive array of artifacts, such as amphorae dating back to the 5th century BC, a reconstructed ancient farm, and tombs, alongside bronze plates, weaponry, and much more. Prepare to be captivated from the onset!
Next, we will proceed to the Civic and Archaeological Museum of Sarteano. Located within the Palazzo Gabrielli, this exhibition features an array of Etruscan treasures. You'll discover ceramics, exquisite artifacts, and human-shaped funerary urns—truly remarkable remnants of the past.
