At 10 am, we'll meet at Piazza Grande in Montepulciano to board a minibus to the Tuscan town of Chianciano, located 20 minutes away.

Upon arrival, we'll visit the Archaeological Museum of Chianciano Terme to explore the origins of the Etruscan civilisation. The guide will discuss key beliefs and the role of women in this culture.

We'll see 5th-century BC amphorae, a recreation of an ancient farm and tomb, bronze plates, weapons, and more.

Next, we'll visit the Civic and Archaeological Museum of Sarteano in Palazzo Gabrielli, showcasing various Etruscan artifacts, including ceramics, luxury objects, and shaped funeral urns.

The final stop will be in Chiusi, where we'll explore underground galleries containing Italy's largest funerary epigraphy section. Learn about the stone inscription techniques used.

The tour concludes back at the starting point at 2 pm.
