At 10 am, we'll meet at Piazza Grande in Montepulciano to board a minibus to the Tuscan town of Chianciano, located 20 minutes away.

Upon arrival, we'll first visit the Archaeological Museum of Chianciano Terme to explore the origins of the Etruscan civilisation. The guide will discuss key beliefs and the role of women in this culture.

We will view artifacts such as amphorae from the 5th century BC, a reconstruction of an ancient farm, a tomb, bronze plates, weapons, and more.

Next, we will visit the Civic and Archaeological Museum of Sarteano located in Palazzo Gabrielli, showcasing various Etruscan pieces including ceramics, luxury objects, and human-shaped funeral urns.

The final stop will be in Chiusi, where we will explore underground galleries containing Italy's most extensive funerary epigraphy. We will explain how these inscriptions were crafted.

The tour will conclude at the starting point at 2 pm.
