Bodega Bouza Tour

We'll pick you up at your hotel in Montevideo at the scheduled time and head northwest towards our destination. The trip will take approximately 1 hour.

Upon arrival, we'll take a 45-minute guided tour inside the winery and its grounds, exploring the history of the family managing the winery and the winemaking process. The guide will explain techniques like pigeage, de-stemming, and malolactic fermentation.

We will also visit the underground caves where the ageing process occurs, lasting between 6 and 18 months.

At the end, we'll enjoy a full lunch with wine pairing or a wine tasting with appetizers, based on your selection.

Finally, we'll return to your hotel in Montevideo.

Tasting with Aperitif or Lunch

When booking, you can choose a tour that includes a tasting of 4 wines (3 whites and 1 red) with cheese, cold meats, and empanadas or opt for the lunch option. The lunch includes 2 courses with a glass of wine each, plus dessert, water, coffee or tea, and a liqueur. Possible menu items include:

The tasting lasts 30 minutes, and lunch with pairing takes about two hours. All options include a 45-minute guided tour.
